Reinforced Mortar with Glass Fiber Fabric and Sacrifice Layer – High Mechanical Strength

Coating consisting of Spatulated Base Layer (Mortar), composed of anticorrosive resin and special loads, which function is to approximate the coefficient of thermal expansion of the substrate to the coating and to provide surface for the application of the reinforcement of Glass Fiber (Fabric). On the reinforcement is applied a second layer of spatulated mortar and then can be given the optional final finishing layer (Top-Kote).

This system is recommended for concrete surfaces subject to corrosion and severe mechanical stress such as Floors, Containment Dikes and Unload Areas.
